This is an inground vase which is typically used with grasslines.  This unit can be installed inside of a grassline and will flip over and go down into the ground when not in use.  Inground vases are available in Gem, Paragon, Regal, Regal with Cross, Crest, Crown and Classic.  They come in several colors.
